This policy applies whenever Payvra acts as the operator of Payvra.
Payvra ("us", "we", or "our") is the operator of the Payvra service ("Service"). This page explains our practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal data when you use the Service, as well as your options regarding that data.
We use your information to deliver and enhance the Service. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in this policy. Unless otherwise specified, terms in this Privacy Policy have the same definitions as in our Terms and Conditions.
- Service. The Service refers to the Payvra application operated by Payvra.

- Data Processors or Service Providers. Third parties that process data on behalf of the Data Controller.
- Data Subject or User. Any living individual who uses our Service and is the subject of Personal Data.

Personal data

Google user data
Payvra's use of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
We do not use data obtained from Google Workspace APIs, including Gmail data, to develop, improve, or train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
User data accessed via Gmail scopes is used solely to read and extract relevant information from emails, such as invoices and receipts, to help users automate and manage business finances. This data is never shared, sold, or used for advertising purposes.
GDPR legal basis
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), Payvra's legal basis for collecting and using the personal information described in this Privacy Policy depends on the Personal Data we collect and the specific context in which it is collected.

Retention and transfers
We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy or as required by law.
Payvra will retain your Personal Data only as long as necessary for the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use your Personal Data as needed to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements and policies.
Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period, except when it is used to enhance security or improve the functionality of our Service, or when we are legally required to retain it for longer.
Your information, including Personal Data, may be transferred to and maintained on computers located outside of your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction where data protection laws may differ from those of your jurisdiction.
If you are located outside Sweden and choose to provide information to us, please note that we transfer the data, including Personal Data, to Sweden for processing. By submitting your information and agreeing to this Privacy Policy, you consent to that transfer.
Payvra will take all reasonably necessary steps to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy, and no transfer of your Personal Data will take place to an organization or country unless adequate controls are in place, including safeguards for the security of your data and other personal information.

Data may be disclosed for business transactions, legal compliance, or approved service-provider operations.

Service providers

We may use third-party Service Providers to monitor and analyze the use of our Service. For example, Firebase is an analytics service provided by Google Inc. You may opt out of certain Firebase features through device settings or by following the instructions in Google's privacy documentation.
We may also offer paid products or services within the Service. In that case we use third-party services for payment processing. We do not store or collect your payment card details directly; that information is provided to processors whose use of your personal information is governed by their own privacy policies and PCI-DSS requirements.

Security and linked sites
The security of your data is important to us, but no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

We may ask you to verify your identity before responding to such requests. You also have the right to complain to a Data Protection Authority about our collection and use of your Personal Data.
Our Service is not intended for anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us so we can remove that information.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy from time to time and will revise the effective date when changes take effect.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you via email and/or a prominent notice on our Service before the change becomes effective and update the effective date at the top of this Privacy Policy.
